PAOK travel to White Hart Lane tonight in a game Tottenham must win if they are to qualify for the Europa League knockout stages.

Spurs currently sit in joint-second place, level on points with Rubin Kazan and one point behind the Greek Group A leaders.

And Harry Redknapp was hoping to utilise his fringe and youth team players for the encounter but looks set to call upon a number of senior squad members due to injury.

Roman Pavlyuchenko (knee) is definitely out after a training collision with Andros Townsend while Giovani Dos Santos (groin) is a doubt for the penultimate enocunter.

Jermain Defoe and Sandro are expected to retain their spot in the starting XI but Redknapp is expected to make nine changes ahead of the fixture.

Meanwhile Luka Modric was returned from illness that ruled him out for the 3-1 win over West Bromwich Albion but Michael Dawson (Achilles), Tom Huddlestone (ankle), Niko Kranjcar (thigh) and Danny Rose (ankle) remained sidelined.

Potential starting XI

Cudicini; Corluka, Bassong, Gallas, Townsend; Pienaar, Sandro, Livermore, Carroll; Defoe, Kane
