Tottenham and Arsenal are reportedly ready to meet the release clause for Porto striker Radamel Falcao.
The Colombian, who would cost £26m to snare away from Estadio do Dragao, has scored 16 times in the league and 17 in Europe breaking Jurgen Klinsmann's 15 year record for most goals in a European competition in a single season.
He has been instrumental under Andre Villas-Boas and his goals helped Porto seal a remarkable quadruple last season.
With both clubs set to bloster their attacking lines this summer, 25 year old Falcao would work wonders for both sides.
