Reports this morning are suggesting that Spurs are willing to cash in on key duo Luka Modric and Gareth Bale.
Both players have in superb form for the club this season and have, unsurprisingly, attracted interest from the likes of Inter Milan, Manchester City and Real Madrid.
Croatian Modric is said to be available for around £20m-£25m while Spurs will only listen to offers of £50m+ for PFA Player of the Year.
The news is likely to set off a bidding war for the two of them, especially from Manchester United who are in the market for replacements to ageing stars Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs.
Sir Alex Ferguson has highlighted the two players as ideal replacements for his ageing stars and after the 3-1 defeat to Barcelona over the weekend, has admitted he is ready to rebuild his squad once more to challenge Barcelona as Europe's greatest team.
Bale and Modric, however, have both declared they are happy at White Hart Lane and recently signed contract extensions until 2015 and 2016 respectively.
