Coulibaly to sign for Spurs

Tottenham have confirmed they are set to sign 16-year-old Souleymane Coulibaly.

The Ivory Coast youngster came to promise at the recent U-17 World Cup in Mexico, starring for the Elephant Men scoring nine goals in four games.

Coulibaly had been on the books for Italian side AC Siena and it is reported that the club will pay around £1.5m in order to secure his services.

A statement on Tottenham's official website read: "We are delighted to announce that we have reached agreement with Souleymane Coulibaly to join the club."
