Tottenham striker Roman Pavlyuchenko has played quashed speculation linking him with a move to Anzhi Makhachkala.
The Russian side, of the countries richest, are reportedly keen on bringing the Russian striker back to his homeland as talk of a £10m begins to do the rounds.
The 29-year-old has quickly played down the links with Anzhi while playing down a return to his homeland.
"I don't even know who needs [this gossip], who's doing it all, who's writing it," he said.
"It's all untrue that I'm going to continue my career at Anzhi. It's obviously total rubbish."
Pavlyuchenko, however, refused to rule out a move away from White Hart Lane this summer and revealed he would consider any offer put in front of him.
"When the time comes for a change, an offer would be good and I will agree to it," he added.
"But for the time being it's hard for me to say what tomorrow will bring."
