Stoke City have made a final take-it-or-leave-it offer for Tottenham duo Peter Crouch and Wilson Palacios.
The two clubs have reportedly been in talks for several weeks over a deal for both players as Stoke look to improve ahead of the new season.
"We've made our last bid, the ball is in their court. We shall not be negotiating from where we are," Stoke chairman Peter Coates told BBC Sport.
"The last conversation I had with Spurs, we had not agreed anything. We'll see what happens, but we haven't got any further."
Spurs are hoping to offload a number of fringe players with Emmanuel Adebayor, Giuseppe Rossi and Hulk all being linked with moves to White Hart Lane.
Meanwhile, Palacios' exit will undoubtedly hinder on the arrival of Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra.
