Real Madrid midfielder Lassanna Diarra has refuted claims he is set to join Tottenham.
The Frenchman was reportedly set to join Spurs this summer amidts reports both clubs had agreed a fee for the player.
However, Spanish paper AS now reports that Diarra insists there is no agreement for him to join the North London outfit.
"Information about my departure is a lie. There is no agreement with Tottenham and I don't think their will be," Diarra told AS.
The 26-year-old is currently in Nice visiting his brother who is having knee surgery after being given compassionate leave by Madrid.
And Diarra went on to add "I have a contract with Real Madrid until 2013 and my coach is (Jose) Mourinho"
