So, I recently found out that Steed Malbranque has retired from football in order to take care of his son, who has recently been diagnosed with cancer.
Fair play to the man, I real testament to his character and the upmost respect to the former Tottenham midfielder.
I remember his days at Spurs, wasn't the best of players but played with his heart in his sleeve and ran his socks off, no matter who we were playing.
So, at this tough time my thoughts and prayers go out to the his family. It really put everything into perspective when I heard about the saddening news.
