Tottenham Hotspur travel to Vicarage Road tonight, hoping to avoid an early FA Cup upset against Watford on Friday evening.

The Hornets host the Premier League giants languishing perilously close to the relegation zone and a win against Spurs will do wonders for their confidence as they look to avoid the drop.

Manager Harry Redknapp will return to the dugout for the fourth-round encounter after spending the past week in court on tax fraud charges.

However, the veteran tactician will be forced to make do without Tome Huddlestone (ankle) , Sandro and William Gallas (both calf).

Furthermore, Younes Kaboul (groin), Gareth Bale (thigh) and Scott Parker (hamstring) are major doubts for the short trip across London.

"Younes didn't train on Wednesday," said assistant manager Kevin Bond.

"Scotty and Gareth both had to come out of training early. They all felt slight muscle strains and all three are doubtful."

Potential starting XI:

Cudicini; Walker, Dawson, Bassong, Rose; Lennon, Livermore, Kranjcar, Pienaar; Defoe, Pavlyuchenko
