3 Tottenham players who would benefit from a loan move away from White Hart Lane

With Andre Villas-Boas investing so heavily, it's unlikely that he knows what his strongest side is. However, there are a number of faces who will know that they aren't in it, so here are three players who I think the Portuguese boss should send on loan in the new year.

1) Emmanuel Adebayor

Although Andre Villas-Boas blatantly wants the big Togo international out of the doors at White Hart Lane, the former Arsenal striker is refusing to budge. He is apparently sitting on a nice pay package in north London and not even being stuck with the reserve side will make him leave.

However, perhaps sending him on loan to get his juices flowing again while still being on the same money will make him see sense.

2) Harry Kane

The young forward has impressed in his loan deals to Leyton Orient, Millwall, Norwich and Leicester over the last few years but has yet to get a real break in the Spurs first team.

He has played twice for Spurs in the league, and a few times in the cups this term, but with Roberto Soldado, Jermain Defoe and the aforementioned Adebayor on the books, as well as talk of Manchester United's Javier Hernandez coming in, it's not looking likely that he will feature heavily.

A loan move to a Premier League club would suit the 20-year-old.

3) Ezekiel Fryers

The former Manchester United defender signed for Spurs at the start of 2013 but is still yet to make a league appearance.

With Danny Rose available at left-back his only hope of first team football is a loan deal.
