Spurs to decide Woodgate future

Tottenham defender Jonathan Woodgate is set to have his future decided in the coming days.

The former Leeds centre-back has been dogged by a niggling groin injury and has only mustered a total of 31 minutes worth of first team football in the past 15 months.

Spurs are pondering a pay-as-you-play deal for the 31 year old.

Woodgate, however, claims his injury problems are behind him and he is ready to re-ignite his career at White Hart Lane.
