Spurs looking to secure Wembley visit

Tottenham Hotspur are looking to secure safe passage to the semi-finals and a trip to Wembley at the expense of Premier League rivals Bolton Wanderers.

If Spurs manage to sweep aside their Premier League rivals and win just their second game in five after a poor run of form.

Manager Harry Redknapp will be forced to do without winger Aaron Lennon, who hasn’t featured since the fifth round replay win over Stevenage with a hamstring problem.

Meanwhile, Emmanuel Adebayor is a doubt for the encounter also has a similar hamstring complaint which forced him off early in the second half of the 1-0 loss to Everton.

"We're still waiting to see, we've got one or two knocks. Adebayor has a little bit of a hamstring problem so we'll wait and see how he is," the manager told his pre-match press conference on Friday.

"Aaron Lennon is still out with his hamstring injury, so there's one or two little knocks but we'll see how we are this morning."

Michael Dawson (knee and ankle), Tom Huddlestone (ankle) and David Bentley (knee) are the only long-term absentees for Redknapp.
