Three points a must against the Canaries

Tottenham Hotspur welcome Norwich City to White Hart Lane on Easter Monday for their second game three days.

Following the 0-0 draw away at Sunderland on Saturday afternoon, nothing short of a win will be enough for Spurs after the teams about the North Londoners picked up maximum points over the weekend.

However, manager Harry Redknapp is expected to be without Gareth Bale after the Welshman picked up and ankle knock during the stalemate with the Black Cats.

Aaron Lennon is expected to deputise for Bale after making a return to full fitness following a hamstring knock and making cameo appearances in the games against Swansea City and Sunderland.

Michael Dawson (ankle and knee), Tom Huddlestone (ankle), Gomes (knee) and David Bentley (knee) all remain sidelined.

Possible starting XI

Friedel; Walker, King, Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Parker, Modric, Van der Vaart; Defoe, Adebayor
