Gomes wants PSV reunion

Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes reportedly wants to move back to former club PSV Eindhoven.

The Brazilian shot-stopper has had a mixed season with the North London outfit and, after a series of high profile errors, has issues a come and get me plea to Marcel Brands, PSV's Sporting Director.

Harry Redknapp insists he doesn't want to sell the 30 year old but after high profile blunders against Real Madrid, Chelsea and Blackpool, the Spurs manager me be looking elsewhere for a new number one.

Carlo Cudicini, who recently signed a one year contract extention, has done well in Spurs' previous three games and could be seen as a viable replacement in the Tottenham goal.

The club remain linked to Ben Foster of recently relegated Birmingham City and Aston Villa's Brad Friedel.
